  1. Is there any delivery charge?
    We charge a nominal delivery charge for some products that cost less than Rs.500, Anything else comes under our free delivery policy.
  2. Reporting of Damaged Product?
    If product arrive damaged,Please let us know within 48hrs after receiving the product.Please keep all original shipping,labels and take pictures of product share it to us at info@motorevz.com.
  3. What if i change my mind?
    If you change your mind and decide you no longer want an item that we’ve delivered, we’re happy to offer you an Return. You’ll need to return your item unused and in their original packaging along with the original invoice as proof of purchase.
  4. What if the product I purchased does not fit me?
    Do not worry. We provide you with 15 days return policy every time you buy a product from our Motorevz website. Just place a return order and our courier partner representative will come and collect the product from you (In selected cities only) or If Courier partner pickup not available customer should ship it to our Head Office Directly.
  5. Condition of Product?
    Please note that the product should be in an unused condition with all original tags intact in sealable condition. Damages due to negligence,improper usage will not be covered under our Return policy.

  7. Do the products come with warranty?
    Indeed Yes. All the products that we sell are authentic products from top manufacturers and you will get complete warranty from the manufacturer based on their warranty policy. To claim warranty customer should first contact the brand directly with the Motorevz invoice.Apart from that, you can always contact us for any issues with your product. We are here to assist you.
  8. Warranty Process and time?
    Please note warranty processing may take 3-6 weeks and will be subjected to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties will not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear or Damages due to negligence,improper usage.
  9. Warranty Not Covered?
    All products bought at a Discount, Sale, Year end sale,Stock clearance or at a price below the MRP, will not be eligible for warranty.
  10. Can I know the shipping status of my order?
    To check the shipping status of your order or track your package, please login to our website with your user credentials. Go to the My Orders page and you can find the tracking number and courier details.
