Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of  Submit a ticket  will be acknowledgedWe do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means , i.e. through call and email.

In any event that the goods are packed or dispatched, you may still cancel the order due to change of mind; return shipping fee will be liable to you and be deducted from your refund. Upon receiving the goods, you may still cancel the order in accordance with our 15 day return policy.

How can I return the product/order :

Click the Return option below the website and choose the reason for returning the product. Our pickup service will contact you and pick the product.

Conditions to return the item:

  1. The products that are categorized as non-returnable are not eligible to return the product.
  2. You are eligible to return the product within 15 days of delivery.
  3. The pickup address can be altered but the address can only be altered if the pickup service is available at the address you have newly provided.
  4. The product should be unused.
  5. The product should be in the same condition as it is delivered to you.
  6. The product should be returned in its original condition.
  7. It should be returned with all the items inside the pack like user manual, guarantee cards, original manufacturer’s box accessories.

Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the goods. Once approved and the good passes the inspection phase, then your refund according to our cancellation or return policies, will be processed.
